Stamping Sunday Blog Hop - Fun Fold Card

Hello and welcome to this Blog Hop, so pleased you could join me for this hop of Fun Folds... which I have inadvertently called Fancy Fold.

I had scoured Pinterest for some ideas, and had come across the idea of a "Cascade" card, this was worth the time to figure out and so much fun to make.

I used Soft Succulent and Fresh Freesia cardstock with Soft Succulent and Highland Heather ink to stamp images from Very Versailles (boohoo sorry to see it will be leaving the annual catalogue) and Dahlia Days.

I used the Detailed Dahlia Dies which match the stamp set to cut out the stamped larger flowers and some small flowers to decorate.

The  two smaller butterflies from the Brilliant Wings dies was perfect fo adding some more detail.  I cut them out using black cardstock then used Wink of Stella on them

For some extra detail I cut leaves using the Bough punch, and decorated the sprigs with pearls from Pastel Pearls.  The black and white gingham ribbon was doubled tied for some extra loops.

Here is the card from the side to see the dimension.

Thank you for  popping over, and please check out the other hoppers in the list below the video.

Here is how I put the card together (spot the mistake, I get my left and right muddled up!)

Here are the other hoppers, have fun looking at their wonderful projects.
