{Christmas Challenge Stampathon 2018 - One Sheet Wonder}

Welcome to the...

8th Round of the
Christmas Challenge Stampathon 2018

Be inspired every month with a Christmas Challenge on the 25th of the month.

We are now onto the 8th challenge and its to make as many cards a you can using the
One Sheet Wonder technique

The are a couple of approaches you can take.

Take a whole sheet of Designed Series Paper and cut it up into sections and use it however you choose to create some cards.  as can be seen in Ellen  and Rosalie's videos here...

Or you can create your own paper by using stamps and either use it as a full background as I have or cut it up into pieces as Denise does here...

For mine I decided to stamp with some background stamps and a stamp set that will be available very soon.  I broadcast how I made it live on YouTube, here is the video of the process...

I've taken some screen shots of how the paper looked at various stages...

and here are the final cards.

I love how they turned out!

It's not too late to join the fun, please read the rules below and head over to the Facebook page.

{Stamping Sunday Blog Hop - Twinkle Twinkle}

Hi there, and thank you for popping over for the Stamping Sunday Blog Hop, please have a look at the other blogs to get more inspiration for the very elegant
Twinkle Twinkle Suite.

The suite contains lots of products suitable for making baby themed cards.

One of the items is this collection of papers which I purchased for this blog hop.
After having a lovely play with them I realised that the patterns were really versatile.

I created these two cards by pairing the papers with the Pop of Petals bundle and a sentiment from the Birthday Banners stamp set.

Can you see how I stamped flowers directly onto the dotty designer series paper?

All the pretty pieces of paper lace come from the lazer cut speciality DSP, it's gorgeous and it goes such a long way as you ca cut little pieces from it as needed.

I use the new pick tool that is going to be available really soon to pick up and stick down the sequins, it was so handy.

As part of the blog hop I was asked to make a 3D item as well using items from the suite.  I ued some of the remnant pieces to decorate this pillow box.  Such a lovely way to house a little gift.

Thanks for popping by, do have a look at what the other participants have created.

{How to make One sheet Wonder bookmarks with Stampin' Up! Very Vintage stamps}

Hi there stampers,
sorry I've not blogged for a few days.  My family and I went away last week to a Christian family Conference. We go every year and have lots of fun, the week is over far too soon.

Here are some bookmarks I made using the One Sheet Wonder technique that you know I love.  It's so easy to get wonderful results.  If you haven't had a go I encourage you to ink up your favourite stamps and get stamping!

LOVE this new host set, it's called Very Vintage, it has some really pretty elements that can be used on their own or combined with other sets.   forgot to take a photo before I stamped the sentiments on, I'm sorry they're not Stampin' Up! stamps.

Here is a sped up video with some pretty music.
Scroll down to see the list of all the items and colours I used.
