Stamping Sunday Blog Hop - In a Word

Welcome to another blog hop around the world.
This month we are making sentiments or words from letter stamps or dies.

This month I have choosen the Alphabest Stamp and co-ordinating punch.

It's one of those staple paper craft tools when making personalised cards or projects.  I love how Stampin' Up! have catered for a variety of languages this way.

As I have lived in Wales for over 20 years and have children who can speak Welsh, I love that I can give cards featuring Penblwydd Hapus, which means Happy Birthday.

I used the Favoured Flowers DSP, I find it such a dramatic paper and teamed with the black and white lettering it works perfectly.  I teamed it with Fresh Freesia and Mossy Meadow cardstock.

To see how I made the card please watch this brief video

Please take a look at the work ofmy fellow Hoppers here...

Stamping Sunday Blog Hop - What's love got to do with it?

Hello my stamping friends, welcome to today's Stamping Sunday blog hop.  We have been set the lovely theme of
What's love got to do with it?

I can't say that line without wanting to break into song!

Here are some of the products I have used for my project... the gorgeous Perfectly Detailed stamp set that is in the current mini catalogue.  Along with some soft colours and a faux waterclour technique which is shown in the video tutorial.

Here is a shabby chic style card made up of torn and cut strips

Here I have used the pre made white gift bags and quickly decorated it with some torn paper from the Country Gingham DSP and cut elements from the stamp.

To see how I made these projects please check out this video

and please hop along to these fabulous blogs.
