Sometimes it's good to set yourself a little challenge, it can really help to explore the fuller possibilities of a stampset. Every so often I like to do these. Here are the two cards I came up with...
Here's the video...

Phew! My schedule is hotting up with lots of Christmas events on my calendar, trying to keep up with regular blogging and videos for your enjoyment and inspiration. Thank you everyone that ordered last week and made the most of the 20% off stamps. The most popular stamp set ordered through me was Gorgeous Grunge, not really a suprise as it's so fab!
Here is a Vellum gift bag using our Thick Vellum, it really holds the shape well.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this stamp set! It;s so useful for filling in blank spaces, or mock colouring in or just playing with it to create pattern. It is available with 20% off until Friday! So that means only £17.60 on wood mount or £14.40 for clear mount.
Here is a montage of different cards etc using it.
And here is a card with a video using Gorgeous Grunge and a lovely Christmas set called All Ye Faithful that is available in the seasonal catalogue (until stocks last). I also show you how to use the Stampamajig.

Hi there stampers and crafters, stampers that craft and crafters that stamp...hehehe just realised that there are so many different creative types out there!
Anyway, I made some little thank you bags for customers recently.
Here is the video of how I made them
Last Saturday was spent with some lovely ladies of varied ages at my BYO craft day.
They got to play with 99% of my Stampin' Up! stash. A great opportunity to try before you buy and to be surrounded by inspiration and encouragement.
Here a couple of pics from the day...

Sorry I've not posted for a few days, last week was half term holiday. The first part of the week was spent getting ready for the last part! We headed to London on the Thursday and stayed with my sister Helen and her family. Friday was spent packing biscuits Helen had decorated then setting the church hall up for Helen and Chris' 15 yr wedding anniversary and their 10 year being at St John's Wood Road Baptist Church (Chris is the Pastor there).
I had offered to create some decorations for the tables so made these huge roses out of serviettes, and some smaller ones from the spiral flower die.
Helen bought these yummy heart shaped ginger bread biscuits from a fabulous shop called Tiger, living in rural Wales we miss out on some interesting shops. I managed to pick up a few little Christmas presents! Anyway, she had been inspired by some pictures on Pinterest, so she piped with blue icing. The theme was white, silver and blue, the same colours she had for her wedding. I designed some tags using Picmonkey, printed, cut and punched the with the Scallop Tag Topper Punch.
As a way for people to write some personal message to the couple I cut up some shapes and punched holes in them so they could be strung up afterwards. There was also a box of silver butterfly and flower punchie for people to decorate their messages.
Then for something extra special I made this paper flower frame to be used as a photo prop
Here is a little video showing it...
And here are some pictures of it in use...
Helen still fits in her wedding dress...just!
Me and my daddy, you can see who I got the eyebrows from!
And finally, here is a smaller version of the flowers on the frame with a bit of extra stamping.
And here is the video tutorial
