{Stamping Sunday Blog Hop - Make it Masculine}

Hello and welcome, thank you for popping by to see what I've been making for his month's blog hop.  The theme is

Make it Masculine

I decided to use
Garden Goodness

I don't know why I waited so long to get this set, and now it's leaving us :(
It has some beautiful watercolour like images that look amazing as soon as they're stamped.

The above to cards were created for the beginner and casual crafter in mind.

Card 1 uses the stamp set, one of the Stampin Up note cards and some Call me Clover and Lovely Lipstick ink.
Card 2 has tan added matting layer and uses Call me Clover and some Soft Sea Foam

This is the extra special card using some additional products.
I've used the Stitched So Sweetly Dies to create a focal point.

Here is the card... it's an interesting fold, I saw it done on a friend's YouTube channel.

Please watch the video to see how it was made.

Here are the other participants in the hop, have a look at what they've done, they're an inspirational group of demonstrators.

The retirement list is now out and I've done a YouTube video going through the catalogue here

{Stamped Easter Home Decor piece}

Hello there,
thanks for stopping by my blog today.

With all the changes to life brought on by the Covid 19 pandemic and then everyone in my household getting ill, the last couple of weeks have been a bit of a blur.  We are still unsure whether we had "the" virus, or just another one that was doing the rounds at the time.  It certainly left my husband and I feeling exhausted, however we are very much recovered and enjoying sunny weather, and very grateful for where we live.

The children are officially on school holidays so not so much urgency to encourage them to do school work that has been set by teachers.  Easter celebrations have crept up on me as the usual reminders of seeing Eater decor in shops, lambs skipping in fields and roadsides lined with daffodils have not been there due to being quarantined.

However, last night I took a moment (about an hour) to make this Home Decor piece that is now on my mantle-piece.

It is full of the symbolism of the Biblical account of Easter, including blue flowers reminiscent of forget-me-nots, small red hearts to remind us of the love of Christ as he bled and touches of gold and purple hinting at his kingship.

Here are the stamps and colours used

STAMPS
Inspiring Iris, Colorful Seasons, Varied Vases, Tropical Chic, Timeless Tulips, Beautiful Bouquet, Swirly Frames.
INK COLOURS
Daffodil Delight, Crushed Curry, Petal Pink, Calypso Coral, Soft Sea Foam, Pear Pizzazz, Seaside Spray, Soft Suede, Poppy Parade, Highland Heather.

Here is a close up of some of the stamping.

Below is the video tutorial...
