Hi everyone, we're now into the summer holidays, and I'll be away today enjoying our annual family holiday at a Christian Family Conference.  I won't be escaping crafting as I'm helping to run the tots club with my sister, and will be taking some Stampin' Up! goodies for friends to play with.  I'll also be taking my Project life kit to write or draw some memories to be made into an album later on.

Hi everyone, I've had a busy but fun weekend at the Welshpool Country and Western Festival.  To my shame I have lived in this town for nearly 20 years and it was the first time I had been.  There were lots of people in costume and the wonderful weather made for a happy and fun atmosphere accompanied by great bands.

On the Saturday I took some kits for people to choose what they would like to make.

{Wild Rose Pen} video tutorial

Yes... another flower pen, still pretty, still useful but a new design!  

Had a lovely day with some crafty ladies at my "Bring Your Own" Craft day or Crop (for you scrapbookers).

This little project just makes me smile.  I was inspired by a picture on Pinterest.

It's by a quilling artist Anastasiya Bertova - do Google her, her paper crafting is phenomenal! 

So here is my video...

After I made the above, I was just itching to try other colour combos, so made this trio of boxes using Blackberry Bliss, Min Macaron and Delightful Dijon.

Also, am so pleased that I have over 100 subscribers to my YouTube channel, it's been worth the challenge I set myself of trying to create two projects a week (sometimes meeting the deadline and sometimes not!)

Ok, so I had a technical hitch while filming this week, so it's in two parts...

I couldn't resist having a bit more of a play with a different stamp, and then made a mini version using petite petals stamp set and punch.
