-{Card commission}-

A little update: my Stampin' Up! store is offline whilst some tweaks are being made.  Please contact me directly should you wish to place an order.  Also there's only a week left to get £155 of product for £99 by joining Stampiin' Up!  You're welcome to do this even if you just want more stash for your cash, there are lot's of "hobby demo's" who join to save some pennies.

A friend of mine who regularly commissions me to make her special cards, rang the other week wanting one for her course tutor.  She left the design up to me.  I was leafing through some paper stash, and the Fan Fair papers with the keys on it took my fancy, and I thought up the sentiment "Thank you for being the key to our education".  This I printed with my computer and decorated the inside with.  I stamped the script stamp from French Foilage with White Craft ink onto Midnight Muse card stock, and distressed the edges with the fabulous distress tool in the Spring/Summer mini (don't miss it on page 14)

Here is the card, it was fairly large, approx A5.

-{Inspired Excited and raring to go! }-

Went to a Stampin Up training event in Telford yesterday. It was lovely to meet up with my upline and 300 other demonstrators from all over the UK.

It really is amazing to be part of the Stampin Up family. They are a creative and generous bunch.

I took 40 swaps and got lots of lovely swaps in return that I'll be using for display boards at parties.

I've already had a quick play with one of the techniques that was demonstrated to us by Lynne Fahey.

I'll be announcing dates for workshops soon.
