{Christmas Challenge Stampathon 2018 - Pop Up or 3D}

Welcome to the...

9th Round of the
Christmas Challenge Stampathon 2018

Be inspired every month with a Christmas Challenge on the 25th of the month.

We are now onto the 9th challenge and its to make at least 4 cards  using the

Pop Up or 3D card technique

Before you start to panic the team have come up with some fab examples that you can copy and adapt to the supplies you have, to see the other ideas go to
Denise Kepple Garrison 'Lady Bug Stampin'  from America
Ellen Woodbridge  and Rosalie Desmond from Australia

When I first saw this design a number of years ago, I didn't know where to start to make this.  However I found a tutorial online and realised how easy it was to make.  I looked on YouTube this week to see if there where any recent videos and found a really helpful one by Heidi Smith which can be seen here.

Have a look at my tutorial and you will see how easy they are to make.

I love the glimmer paper leaves and how easy it is to spruce up a project with some punch outs.

Everyone is welcome to join in the Challenge and it's not too late to join the fun, please read the rules below and head over to the Facebook page.

{Stamping Sunday Blog Hop - Embossing Folders}

Hi there, and welcome to another Stamping Sunday Blog Hop, today we are focusing on embossing folders from the holiday catalogue.  I am fortunate enough to have been able to play with two.  The Corrugated and the Tin Tile Dynamic Textures are extra deep so create amazing deep patterns on your card stock.

To make this card, I swiped ink onto the embossing folder before placing my white card on it and running it through the big shot.

The tag is made up of various scraps, I brushed some Craft White ink over the tag base before adding the torn up scraps and embellishments.

{Pink Diamond Wedding Card}

Hi everyone!
It feels like ages since I blogged.
Life has been busy in my house, my eldest son had his GCSE results recently and I am pleased to announce he did well and has been able to study the subjects he wanted at A level.  My 3rd son has just started High School and the school has revamped their uniform to a smart blazer and tie, so the obligatory first day at school picture just has to be shared!

A friend requested a special card for a couple celebrating their diamond wedding anniversary, she wanted a Bible verse (sorry not a Stampin' Up! stamp), and requested pink and sparkly.

I cut out all the elements and assembled it during a live broadcast, I've taken the video and edited it to give you an idea of the process, enjoy!
